What is the Food Delivery service?

1. What is contactless delivery in Food Delivery?

Contactless delivery means you can receive your food without directly meeting the delivery driver.
•
Based on the hotel information you provide when placing your order, the delivery driver will bring your food to the hotel front desk.
•
Once the delivery is complete, you'll receive a notification and can pick up your food at the front desk.
•
In some cases, you may also pick up your food at a designated hotel pickup zone.
•
There is no need to communicate or come into contact with the delivery driver.

2. Where is the food delivered?

Based on the hotel information you provide during the order, the food will be delivered to the hotel front desk.
•
Alternatively, you may be able to pick up the food at the hotel pickup zone.
•
Make sure to enter accurate hotel information including the "front desk floor" to ensure safe delivery.
•
The delivery will proceed based on the information you provide, so please fill out each field carefully.

Order and Delivery Process

3. How do I communicate with the delivery driver?

Communication with the delivery driver is handled by WOW Buddy, a service assistant from WOWPASS, not the customer.
•
Once you receive a "Delivery Completed" notification, you can pick up the food at the hotel front desk.
•
If there is a need to contact you, WOW Buddy will reach out using the emergency contact number you provided.

4. How can I check the status of my order?

•
You can check your order status on the "Order Status" screen of the Food Delivery service.
•
Tap the refresh button to see the latest updates (e.g., Cooking, Out for Delivery, Arriving Soon, Delivered).
•
You will also receive push notifications about order updates.

Service Information

5. What are the service hours?

•
The service is available daily from 16:00 to 22:00 (last order: 22:00).
•
In some cases, service may be limited (e.g., delivery restrictions, weather conditions).

6. Where is the service available?

•
Currently, the service is only available in the Seoul area.
•
We are working on expanding to other areas in the future.

Payment Information

7. What payment methods are supported?

•
You can pay using your WOWPASS balance.

8. What does the service fee include?

•
The fee includes both the delivery charge and service fee.
•
Currently, the service fee is waived and the service is provided free of charge.

9. How can I contact customer support?

•
Click the [1:1 Inquiry] button on the "Order Status" screen of the Food Delivery service.
•
You can also access [1:1 Inquiry] from the “My Reservations” screen under the “Wallet” tab.

10. What if I entered incorrect order information?

•
WOW Buddy begins processing your delivery order immediately upon receiving it.
•
If you entered incorrect information, you can cancel the order by tapping the [Cancel Order] button on the “Order Confirmed” screen after payment.

Note: Cancellation is only possible before the restaurant begins cooking. Once cooking starts, cancellations and refunds are not available.

Please make sure all information is accurate before completing payment to ensure smooth processing.
