β T-money β refers to a prepaid electronic payment method issued by the β Company β directly or through an affiliate of the β Company β .
2.
β User β refers to a person who purchases a USIM chip or SE , etc. (Secure Elements, Embedded SE , Secure Memory Card , etc. , hereinafter referred to as β USIM chip , etc. This refers to a person who uses the service after installing the application on a mobile phone , tablet , or other mobile device ( hereinafter referred to as β mobile device, etc. β) according to the procedures set by the β Company ,β and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions .

β Mobile T-money β refers to an anonymous prepaid electronic payment method issued by the company on a USIM chip or SE (Secure Element, Embedded SE/Secure Memory card, etc. ) installed in the userβs mobile phone , tablet , or other mobile device .
4.
β Mobile T-money service β refers to services provided by the β Company β within the functional category of β T-money β , such as payment and recharge, by installing the β Mobile T-money β application on the userβs mobile device equipped with β Mobile T-money β .
5.
β Pay Money β refers to an anonymous or registered prepaid electronic payment method issued in the form of an electronic document through an application provided by the company .
6.
β Pay Money Service β refers to the electronic financial transaction service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions , such as when users receive goods or services from the Companyβs online and offline distribution affiliates and pay using Pay Money. .
7.
β Pay Money Overseas Payment Service β refers to the payment using the β Pay Money Service β when a user receives goods or services from an overseas affiliate with which the company has entered into a service agreement .
8.
β Pay Money Samsung Pay Service β refers to using the β Pay Money Service β through Magnetic Secure Transmission (MST) technology using the application provided by Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.
9.
β Wearable device β refers to a device that can perform computing activities by attaching it to the body among other mobile devices in Article 3 .
10.
β Wearable T-Money Service β refers to a service provided to β users β by implementing all or part of the β Mobile T-Money Service β by installing β Mobile T-Money β on a β wearable device β determined by the company .
11.
β Mobile T-money rechargeable service β ( hereinafter referred to as β rechargeable service β) is a β Mobile T-money β service in which the β user β provides cash or a monetary value recognized as the same as cash by the β Company β and provides β Mobile T-money β This refers to a service that directly stores and uses the value .
12.
β Mobile T-money deferred payment service β ( hereinafter referred to as β postpaid billing service β) is provided when a β Mobile T-money service β user registers a credit card or some check cards ( hereinafter referred to as β credit card, etc. β) , and the β credit card company β This refers to a service that is used by receiving the service usage limit from the β Company β by deducting a portion of the credit limit granted by the company .

β Credit card business operator β refers to a person who has entered into a contract with the β Company β to provide β mobile T-money service β among those who have been licensed or registered for credit card business under the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act .
14.
β Mobile T Mileage β refers to service mileage provided by the β Company β to β users β who have created a β Mobile T-Money Service β account and can be used as a means of conversion to β Mobile T-Money β or payment of service fees .
15.
β Mobile T Mileage Service Subscriber β ( hereinafter referred to as β Subscriber β) refers to a person who has signed up for the β Mobile T Mileage β service and created an account .
16.
β Refund β means refunding the balance recorded in β Mobile T-Money β, βPay Moneyβ or βWearable T-Money β to the holder of β Mobile T-Money β, βPay Moneyβ or βWearable T-Money β in the manner agreed upon between the β Company β . This means returning it according to procedures . Additionally, this term may appear as refund in notices posted by the β Company β .
17.
β Refund Reception Center β refers to a store or facility that handles the β Mobile T-Moneyβ refund business on behalf of the βCompanyβ or through a partnership agreement with the β Company β .
18.
β Faulty USIMβ refers to a βUSIM chip, etc. β on which the β Mobile T-Money β function cannot operate normally due to defective or damaged reasons .
19.
β Additional service β refers to the β Mobile T-money service β or additional functions provided within the β Mobile T-money β application .
Article 3 ( Effectiveness and change of terms and conditions )
1.
β Mobile T-money service β, etc., is an application of the β T-money β function , and consent to β These Terms and Conditions β is considered consent to the β T-money Service Terms of Use β .
2.
β These Terms and Conditions β and β T-Money Service Terms and Conditions β are effective for all users who agree to β These Terms and Conditions β . However, if the contents of β These Terms and Conditions β and the β T-Money Service Terms and Conditions β are different, the contents of these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence .
3.
β These Terms and Conditions β and β T-Money Service Terms and Conditions β are posted on the screen of the β Mobile T-Money β application or announced through other means .
4.
If necessary, the β Company β may change β These Terms and Conditions β to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws and regulations . If ' these Terms and Conditions ' are changed, the ' Company ' will notify ' Users ' of the changes 30 days prior to the effective date through the ' T-money ' website or notices on the ' Mobile T-money service ' or through separate electronic means such as e-mail. ' If the company urgently changes the terms and conditions due to revisions to laws, etc. , the company posts the changed terms and conditions on the website for at least one month and notifies users afterwards by e-mail, etc.

In principle, β These Terms and Conditionsβ are applied from the date the βUserβ agrees to β These Terms and Conditions β until the termination of the service agreement . However , some provisions of β These Terms and Conditions β may remain effective even after termination of the Service Agreement .
Article 4 ( Rules other than terms and conditions )

The β Electronic Financial Transaction Terms and Conditions β apply first to electronic financial transactions , and β These Terms and Conditions β apply to other individual parts of the β Mobile T-Money Service β .
2.
Matters not defined in these Terms and Conditions are subject to the Electronic Financial Transactions Act , the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. , the Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information , and the Reporting of Specific Financial Transaction Information. shall be subject to relevant laws and regulations such as the βAct on Use, etc.β and the detailed service usage policy established by the β Company . β

Chapter 2. βMobile T-Money Serviceβ

2.
Depending on the user 's qualifications, some of the use of the ' Mobile T-money service ' may be restricted , and the qualifications and scope of use of the ' Mobile T-money service ' may change depending on changes in mobile phone service ( name change , termination, etc. ) . can .
Article 6 ( Suspension and termination of β Mobile T-Money Service β )

The β User β may terminate the use of the β Mobile T-Money Service β by terminating the β Rechargeable or Postpaid Service β , and the procedures and conditions shall follow Article 11 or Article 14 of β These Terms and Conditions β .

If the ' Company ' needs to suspend or terminate the ' User 's ' service, the 'Company' will provide prior notice in principle , and if the ' User ' does not take action on the notice within 7 days after the notice, the ' Company ' may suspend or terminate the service. can . If any damage occurs to the β Company β or a third party due to the actions specified in Paragraph 2, the β User β must compensate for the damages .

Article 7 ( Temporary Suspension and Termination of β Mobile T-Money Service β )

The β Company β may temporarily suspend or terminate ( hereinafter referred to as β suspension, etc. β ) all or part of the β Mobile T-Money Service β for the β User β in any of the following cases .
β In unavoidable cases due to inspection or repair of various facilities for providing β Mobile T-money service β
β‘ If there is a disruption in the normal use of the β Mobile T-money service β due to power outage , failure of various facilities, or excessive usage, etc.
β’ If the β Mobile T-money service β cannot be maintained due to various circumstances of the β Company β , such as termination of contract with an affiliate company, or legal obstacles, etc.
β£ In case of force majeure such as natural disaster or national emergency.

If the β Mobile T-Money Service β is discontinued pursuant to the preceding paragraph , the β Company β will notify the β User β by posting a notice on the β Mobile T-Money β application screen or other means . Article 8 (βRefundβ of β Mobile T - Money β balance )

If the holder of β Mobile T-Money β requests a β refund β of the balance charged to β Mobile T- Money β using the βMobile T-Moneyβ application, the β Company β will make the refund specified in the following items depending on the status of β Mobile T-Money β β Refund β is processed according to procedures .
β In the case of a ' refund ' of the balance for a normal USIM , the ' Company ' will transfer the remaining amount after deducting the refund fee determined by the ' Company ' from the ' Mobile T-Money ' holder's ' Mobile T- Money ' balance to the account of the ' Refund ' applicant. β‘ In the case of a ' refund ' for a ' faulty USIM' , if the ' Mobile T-money ' holder fills out and submits a refund application form at the designated ' refund reception center ' , the ' Company ' will process the balance within 2 weeks from the date of receipt and refund the balance. The money will be deposited into the account of the person who applied . Refund of costs for β faulty USIMβ is subject to the mobile carrierβs β failure USIMβ exchange or refund policy .
β’ In the case of a β refund β for the β Pay Money Service β , the β Company β will refund the remaining amount after deducting the refund fee announced within the application from the β Userβs β β Pay Money β to the account designated by the user .
β£ In cases where technical reasons ( system inspection , terminal failure , poor communication line , new card or terminal stabilization work, etc. ) occur or it is determined that the refund is for cash financing purposes, ' refund ' may be restricted at some ' refund reception centers ' . In this case , the β Company β will notify you of separate β refund β procedures and methods through the β Mobile T-Money β application screen .

Since the β postpaid billing service β grants a usage limit rather than a recharge , the amount confirmed in applications such as β Mobile T-money service β is not β refunded β .

If the β User β is unable to present the USIM Chip on which the balance is recorded due to reasons such as loss or theft ( hereinafter β Lost/Theft β) , notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the β Company βsβ electronic financial transaction terms and conditions and In accordance with the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, the β Company β is not responsible for the balance . However , the ' Company ' is responsible for the amount stored after the application for suspension of use is limited to the ' Pay Money Service ' suspended pursuant to Article 19 , Paragraph 1 of these Terms and Conditions .

Notwithstanding Paragraph 1 of this Article , in any of the following cases, the entire balance of β Mobile T-Money β and β Pay Money β will be refunded without deduction of refund fee .
β If you are unable to use β Mobile T-Money β or β Pay Money β due to difficulties in providing goods or services through services, etc. due to natural disasters, etc.
β‘ If goods or services cannot be provided through services, etc. due to a defect in β Mobile T-Money β or β Pay Money β
β’ If the user uses more than 80/100 of the balance at the time of final recharge of the prepaid electronic payment method and requests a refund , the entire balance will be refunded without deduction of fees . However , when refunds are made at the entrusted refund reception center rather than at the head office, a fee will be charged according to the consignment contract .
Article 9 ( Cancellation and withdrawal of payment transactions )

If the β User β wishes to cancel a transaction in which payment was made using the β Mobile T-Money Service β , before the payment takes effect, the User must instruct the transaction in accordance with Article 10 of the β Company βs Electronic Financial Transaction Terms and Conditionsβ. If a β user β requests a return of the payment amount for a transaction for which payment has already taken effect , the company will request the β userβ for transactions that can be withdrawn pursuant to relevant laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. ' The payment amount will be returned to . β In the case of a transaction in which payment is made by directly contacting the payment terminal with a device equipped with ' Mobile T-Money ' , the payment is returned by contacting the device used for the payment transaction again to recharge the payment terminal, or the payment is refunded as determined by the affiliated store. returns .

Article 10 ( Discount card registration )
One . Among ' users ', children or teenagers must register for a child or teenager discount through ' Additional Services ' in the ' Mobile T-Money ' application or through the customer center to receive fare discounts when using public transportation .

Section 2. Mobile T-money rechargeable service
Article 11 ( Subscription , termination , and conversion of β rechargeable service β )

β Rechargeable service β β User β can change the service type to β Postpaid billing service β whenever the β User β wishes , and the company will refund the remaining recharged balance at the time of conversion in accordance with Article 8 of these Terms and Conditions. do .

Article 12 ( Recharge of balance )

Section 3. Mobile T-Money Postpaid Billing Service
Article 13 ( Subscription to postpaid service )

The limit of usage of the β postpaid service β received by the β user β upon signing up for the β postpaid service β is based on the credit limit received from the β credit card company β , and the amount is based on the terms of the partnership established by the company with the credit card company. Article 14 ( Conversion and suspension of postpaid service )

β‘ A request for restriction or suspension of the β userβs β β postpaid billing service β is received based on relevant laws, terms and conditions , contracts, etc. from the β credit card company β that issued the credit card, etc. , financial supervisory agency , judicial agency, etc. case
β’ If the mobile T-money application access record is not confirmed by the β Company β server log for a period of more than 30 days.
β£ If normal approval is not received from the β credit card company β that issued the credit card, etc., and the payment billing or restoration of the usage limit of the deferred payment service is not carried out properly.

Article 16 ( Restrictions on postpaid services )

People who are not eligible for this credit limit cannot use the ' post-payment service ' .
2.
The amount charged by the ' credit card company ' by registering for the ' postpaid billing service ' cannot be received in addition to the income deduction for the amount of ' Mobile T-money ' used .
Chapter 3. Pay Money Service
Article 17 ( Subscription to β Pay Money Service β )

Article 19 ( Application and cancellation of suspension of use of β Pay Money Service β )

Article 21 ( Use of β Wearable T-Money Service β )

β In the case of a ' refund ' of the balance of ' Wearable T- Money ' issued to a normal ' wearable device ' , the ' Company ' will deduct the prescribed refund fee determined by the ' Company ' from the ' Wearable T-Money ' balance of the ' Wearable T-Money ' holder. Article 25 ( Correction and termination of β Mobile T Mileage β )

The β Company β reviews the relevant transaction details within 2 weeks from the date of receiving the β Subscriber β βs request for correction pursuant to the preceding paragraph or when it becomes aware of the error, and sends the β Companyβ to the β Subscriber β via SMS , PUSH, or e-mail. We will notify you of the results .
3.
β Mobile T Mileage β that is not used within the validity period will expire . The validity period of β Mobile T Mileage β is as follows depending on the acquisition method .

Article 26 ( Termination of β Mobile T Mileage β service )

If the β Company β wishes to terminate the β Mobile T Mileage β service , the fact of service termination and the reason for such termination shall be posted on the β Company β website at least 3 months prior to the service termination date or by the method specified in Article 31 , Paragraph 1 of these Terms and Conditions . Notify subscribers . However, if the service is terminated urgently due to revision of laws or improvement of the system, we will notify you immediately .

The β Subscriber βs β β Mobile T Mileage β that is not used by the service termination date pursuant to the notice in the preceding paragraph will automatically expire .
Section 3. Other β Additional Services β
Article 27 ( Subscription and termination of other β additional services β )

After the β User β expresses his/her intention to agree to the instructions for each β Additional Service β and these Terms and Conditions , he/she applies for the use of the β Additional Service β in accordance with the method set by the β Company β , and the β Company β approves this, thereby providing the β Additional Serviceβ. A service use agreement is concluded . However , in the case of ' additional services ' that are advantageous to the customer , the subscription is completed by agreeing to these terms and conditions without a separate registration process , and the subscription type for each ' additional service ' is indicated in the ' additional services ' list in [ Appendix 1] .

The availability ( starting point ) of each β additional service β may vary , and the β Company β will inform β users β of the availability of the service through a general notice or guidance for each β additional service β .

The usage fee for each β additional service β may change due to cost increases and other reasons , and the β Company β will notify β users β of any changes through notices or guidance for each β additional service β .

The ' transaction history inquiry service ', one of the ' additional services ' , provides the minimum transaction history information required for settlement of usage fees between the 'user' and the affiliated store when the ' user ' uses the service or purchases goods through ' Mobile T-Money'. This refers to a service provided to β users β by collecting information (broad location information such as β T-money β card number , transaction date and time , transaction amount , terminal and affiliated store information , boarding/disembarking information, etc. ) by the β company β , and the β user β is By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you are deemed to have consented to your transaction history information being collected and used for the purpose of settling usage fees .

Article 28 ( Matters regarding erroneous remittance )

If the ' User ' mistakenly entered or entered contact information or phone number incorrectly and the funds from the prepaid electronic payment method were transferred ( hereinafter referred to as ' error remittance ') by gifting T-money to the recipient , the ' Company ' is notified. You can contact the recipient through the company and request a return of the erroneous amount .

The β Company β reports the processing results or related processing progress of the userβs request , including the fact of contact with the recipient , the recipient βs intention to return the money , the reason for the recipientβs unwillingness to return the money, etc., in case the β user β reports the β misdirected remittanceβ in the preceding paragraph. ' You must notify the ' user ' within 15 days from the date of notifying the company of the occurrence .

If the recipient does not return the erroneous remittance even after requesting the return of the erroneous remittance through the β Company β , the β user β may apply to the Deposit Insurance Corporation to use the erroneous remittance return support system in accordance with Chapter 5 ( Return of Error Remittance Support ) of the Depositor Protection Act. ( Applications can be made for erroneous remittances that occurred after July 6, 21, the effective date of the revised Depositor Protection Act )
However , applications for return support are limited for transactions in which the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation cannot obtain the real name of the recipient, such as transfers through contact information or transfer transactions between SNS members .

If the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation requests the Company to provide information such as reasons for non-refundability of the recipient of the erroneous remittance , contact information , status of erroneous remittances, etc. in order to smoothly perform erroneous remittance return support work, the β Companyβ must comply unless there is a justifiable reason. .

If the β user β applies for support for return of erroneous remittance through the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation in any of the following cases, the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporationβs support process may be suspended in accordance with relevant laws and regulations .

Chapter 6. Obligations of the Company and Users
Article 29 ( Obligations of β Company β )

If a complaint is received from a β User β regarding the β Mobile T-Money Service β , the β Company β must promptly process it . If prompt processing is difficult, the βCompany β will notify the β User β of the reason and processing schedule .
2.
The β Company β provides optimized services by further activating the β Mobile T-Money Service β and performs user-oriented marketing such as providing information on new products or events and conducting surveys. You can utilize information related to your use of the service . However , if you wish to use the information beyond the scope of consent of the ' user ' or provide it to a third party , you must obtain consent from the ' user ' in advance. In this case, the ' user ' may refuse the company's request for consent .
3.
If the β Company β has anything to notify the β User β , it will send SMS , PUSH , or email using the mobile phone number or email address provided by the βUserβ to the β Company β , or through a phone call. You can notify us .
4.
The β Company β may substitute individual notices for unspecified users by posting them on the β Mobile T-Money Service β application or website .
5.
When operating individual services, the β Company β may post various information and advertisements ( including advertisements of the βCompany β and its affiliates ) related to the βCompany β services on the service screen .
6.
Any communication or transaction, such as when a β User β uses an advertisement posted on the Service or participates in an advertiserβs promotional activities through the Service, is entirely a matter between the β User β and the advertiser . If a problem arises between the β user β and the advertiser, the β user β and the advertiser must resolve it directly , and the company may not be held responsible in this regard .
Article 30 ( Obligations of β User β )
1.
When providing or registering information required to use the β Mobile T-Money Service β , the β User β must provide or register complete information that matches the current facts and must be updated immediately if any changes occur .
2.
The β User β must manage the mobile device, etc. to maintain normal operation , and the provision of the β Mobile T-money service β may not be performed properly due to abnormal operation of the mobile device , etc. ( device defects such as power failure , communication function error, etc. ) . The company is not responsible for any damages suffered by ' users ' .
3.
β Users β must not engage in any of the following acts when using the β Mobile T-Money Service β .
β Acts of using the β Mobile T-money service β or accessing the system in an abnormal manner other than in accordance with the usage method of the β Mobile T-money service β provided by the β Company β
β‘ Using the mobile T-money service provided by the β Company β by stealing another personβs name , credit card information , mobile phone information , account information , login information, etc.
β’ Abnormal recharging and payment through methods prohibited by laws such as the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act and the Electronic Financial Transactions Act.
β£ Unauthorized changes to information posted by the β Company β or transmitting or posting information ( computer programs, etc. ) other than the information set by the β Company β
β€ Infringement of intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, of the β Company β and other third parties .
β₯ Actions that damage the reputation of the β Company β and other third parties or interfere with their work.

β« An act of distributing false information for the purpose of providing property benefit to oneself or others or causing damage to others.
β¬ Unauthorized misappropriation or leak of personal location information of others acquired in connection with the use of the service.
β Other illegal or unfair actions

Article 31 ( Management of prepaid recharge and related disclosure )

The company separates the user's prepaid deposit from its proprietary assets and entrusts it to an external financial institution or subscribes to payment guarantee insurance .

Every business day, the company must check whether the total amount of prepaid deposits and the total amount of funds actually being managed, such as trust money, are consistent with each other, and at the end of each quarter ( within 10 days after the end of the quarter ) , the amount of prepaid deposits and trust details , and subscription to payment guarantee insurance. In any of the following cases, the company will first pay the prepaid recharge to the user through a trust company, insurance company, etc. In this case, the fact, the timing and place of payment of the prepaid recharge , and other matters related to the payment of the prepaid recharge will be announced within one month in two or more daily newspapers and announced on the Internet website , etc.

Article 32 ( Trust or payment guarantee insurance for prepaid deposits )

Article 33 ( Validity period and statute of limitations )

Article 35 ( Prohibition of transfer )

Article 36 ( Disclaimer )

The user may bear all or part of the responsibility for any disruption in the use of the service due to the user's intention or gross negligence .

The β User β must make the final judgment regarding the services provided by the βCompanyβ and the information obtained through the use of the service , and the responsibility for doing so lies entirely with the β User β , unless there is a reason attributable to the β Company β . , the company may not be held liable for any damage arising therefrom .

The β Company β provides information on customersβ transaction details only to third parties to which the β User β has agreed in accordance with Article 9 ( Collection and Provision of Transaction Details ) of the β T-Money Service Terms of Useβ. However , loss of mobile devices, etc. γThe β Company β is not responsible for third partiesβ inquiry and acquisition of transaction history information due to theft, etc., unless the β Company β is at fault .

In principle, the use of the services provided by the β Company β is 24 hours a day , 365 days a year . However , the services provided by the ' Company ' may be temporarily suspended for business or technical reasons , and the services provided by the ' Company ' may be suspended during a period determined by the ' Company ' for operational purposes . In such cases, the company will notify you in advance or after the fact .
Article 37 ( Dispute resolution and competent court )

If a dispute arises between the β Company β and the β User β in relation to the use of the service , the β Company β and the β User β will negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute .

The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to disputes and lawsuits between the β Company β and the β User β .

Article 38 ( Compensation for Damages )
