Airport Package Refund Policy

Airport packages can only be collected from airport SKT booths available at the time of your reservation.
You can cancel your reservation before the pickup date in the WOWPASS app.
Refunds are not applicable for any purchases made over 3 months ago, for used products, or for issues caused by customer negligence.
Please check below for the detailed conditions.

(1) How to Apply for a Refund and Refundable Period

1.
Request for a refund can be made through our WOWPASS app or customer service center.
2.
Eligibility for a refund request is determined by the reservation date for the collection of the Airport Package and whether the products have been collected.
a.
Prior to collection: Full refund is available by canceling the reservation through the WOWPASS app.
b.
After collection: Please check the specific refund conditions listed below.
3.
Refund will be processed using the original payment method and cannot be processed otherwise. The refund process may take 3-5 business days, but this can vary depending on the payment method. Confirmation from the payment service provider may be required if necessary.

(2) Refund Conditions

1.
Refund is not applicable if more than 3 months have passed since the purchase date.
2.
Airport packages must be collected from the designated SKT booths at each airport. Upon receipt, customers are required to immediately check its contents and functionality of tellecommunication product.
a.
If a customer fails to check the contents immediately and later report an issue to customer service, the package will be considered lost unless an issue of delivering the product(s) was found from the SKT booth, and no refund will be provided.
b.
For issues related to tellecommunication products, customers are required to contact the relevant SKT booth or call SKT customer service. Refunds are not possible without prior consultation with SKT.
3.
Full Package Cancellation:
a.
Prior to collection: Full refund is available by canceling the reservation through the WOWPASS app.
b.
Processing cancellation may take at least 2 business days.
c.
A partial refund may be possible after the reserved collection date. Please contact the WOWPASS customer service to discuss the conditions of the product after receipt and refund eligibility.
4.
Tellecommunication Products:
a.
Refund is not applicable if the communication product has been used.
b.
Refund is not applicable after 30 days from receipt, regardless of usage.
c.
Refund is not applicable for change of mind, unless due to technical issues such as country lock.
d.
To refund a tellecommunication product (USIM), the product must be returned to the SKT booth where it was distributed. No Refund for damaged or lost items.
5.
WOWPASS:
a.
Refund is not applicable if the WOWPASS (including T-money) has been used.
b.
Refund is not applicable for change of mind, unless due to initial defects or non-receipt.
c.
The product must be returned on the same day of receipt. No refund for damaged, stained, or lost items.
6.
AREX:
a.
The reservation fee for AREX (Airport Railroad Express) is not eligible for a refund.
