* The AREX voucher code can only be used after exchanging into actual tickets using one of the following two methods.
Exchange Offline

You can exchange your voucher code for an AREX ticket using the AREX ticket issuance machine near the Incheon Airport AREX train platform.
Exchange Online
1.
On the main page, please select the departure / destination station as well as departure date. You can also change the site language at the top right corner.

Select your train.
3.
Please select either member or non-member. (Only email address is required in case you select non-member.)
4.
Input your email address and confirm it. Input the email-received verification number as well as remaining fields.
5.
In case you would like to select a specific seat, please do so by using the highlighted button.
6.
Choose ‘Select Discounts’
7.
Please enter the 13-digit voucher number and verify it. The ticket will be issued.
8.
(At the airport) Please scan the issued QR code at the AREX turnstile.
9.
Pass through the turnstile and onboard the AREX train
