Discount e-vouchers have expiration dates. The validity period varies by brand. Expired vouchers cannot be used or refunded. Please purchase as needed only.

If you can't use it within the validity period, you can capture the barcode and gift it to a friend.

There are single-use (partially not usable) and multi-use (partially usable) vouchers. Please check the details page of your purchased voucher.

Are there other brands? Only the brands listed in the app are available. You can submit brand suggestions via feedback.

Where can I find my purchased vouchers? Check them in WOWPASS app > My e-Vouchers.

What if my purchase is more or less than the voucher amount? If more, you can pay the difference using another payment method. If less:

Multi-use (partially usable) vouchers: The remaining balance stays for future use.
•
Single-use (partially not usable) vouchers: No refund or reuse of the remaining amount.

*Can I use part of an e-voucher balance (e.g., use $8 from a $10 card)? Yes, for most brands. Olive Young and Twosome Place allow partial payments. Dunkin’ and Paris Baguette require full use at once.

I want to refund my purchased dicount e-voucher. Purchased e-vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded.
3.
What if I need to cancel or refund a purchase made with an e-voucher? The voucher will be reactivated after the store refund, but processing may take time. (Expired cards cannot be refunded.)

CVC entry attempts exceeded. The CVC is the last 3 digits in parentheses on the back of your WOWPASS card, next to the number starting with 9710. Contact customer support if you exceed the entry limit.
