Get your card from a WOWPASS kiosk upon arrival in Korea. Find kiosks at Incheon Airport T1 or in downtown Seoul. We'll email your voucher code after purchase for activation. Enter it upon issuance.

Valid for 6 months from purchase.

If picking up at ICN airport kiosk, you must buy AREX express train ticket.

Only one card issued per passport.
•
In-app card registration required after collection.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
No refunds after voucher used. For multiple vouchers, partial refunds are difficult if any have been used.
You can cancel unused vouchers within their validity period.
Issuance Info
1.
Find nearby WOWPASS kiosks upon arrival in Korea. Kiosks are at airports, major subway stations, and hotels nationwide. Check the location in advance before arriving in Korea.

Select "Get a new Card" on the kiosk, then press "Issue via Code."

Scan your passport and enter the code.

Please follow the prompts on the kiosk screen to issue the card. During the process, you'll need to top up the card balance with cash in order to receive the card. Please bring either Korean won (KRW) or foreign currency with you.
5.
Insert and activate the dispensed WOWPASS card to complete issuance!
6.
Register the card in the app to track balances and transactions in real-time. You can also pause or reissue the card through the app.
